Transport, Refunds & Payments
Transport: Yas Waterworld is easy to reach- they have free and limited parking available nearby, with valet available. If you are staying at one of the Yas Island hotels, you can use their free express shuttle to visit the major attractions. There is also a bus service available to reach Yas Waterworld.
Refunds: Yas Waterworld doesn't allow any refunds or exchanges on the tickets you purchase. Once you have purchased a ticket, you cannot cancel it either. Although, if there is any reason you need to postpone the visit, you can get in touch with them and try to reschedule it.
