Rezeem is an online coupon and deals website in the UAE. We publish and curate discount codes, offers, and savings information from third-party brands/retailers/service providers (“Merchants”).
Rezeem does not sell products or services shown on the Website and is not a party to any transaction between you and a Merchant.
3. Affiliate Links, Sponsored Listings, and Advertising
Some links, coupons, or listings on Rezeem may be affiliate links or sponsored/paid placements. This means we may earn a commission or fee when you click, use a code, or make a purchase at no extra cost to you.
4. Coupon Validity and No Guarantee
We try to keep offers accurate and updated, but we do not guarantee that any coupon/offer will:
- be valid, active, or available at the time you use it,
- apply to your cart, location, device, payment method, or account,
- provide a specific discount amount, or
- be the best available deal.
Merchants may change or cancel offers at any time. You are responsible for confirming the final price and applicable terms at checkout.
5. Merchant Terms Apply (Important)
Your purchase, return, warranty, delivery, and customer service issues are handled by the Merchant under the Merchant’s own terms and policies. You should review the Merchant’s terms (including sales/returns/warranties/privacy) before purchasing.

If you submit content (e.g., coupon tips, codes, feedback), you confirm you have the rights to share it and it does not violate any law or third-party rights. You grant Rezeem a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the submission for operating and promoting the Website. We may remove submissions at our discretion.
10. Disclaimer (“As Is”)
The Website and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied), including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Rezeem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits/data/goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Website or any coupon/offer.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rezeem and its team from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the Website, breach of these Terms, or violation of laws/third-party rights.

We may update the Website and these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Website at any time if we believe you violated these Terms or if required by law.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
