Delivery Information
PAN Home offers delivery across the UAE. Eligible orders above AED 250 receive free delivery and assembly, while orders below AED 250 carry an AED 19 delivery charge. Returns & Refunds
Eligible accessories and smaller household products can generally be returned within 14 days, provided they are unused and accompanied by the invoice. Furniture may have different cancellation and return conditions, and assembled furniture generally cannot be returned unless it is faulty or damaged. For hygiene reasons, opened mattresses, bed linen, and selected fabric products are generally excluded from returns.
Once an eligible return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and can take approximately 5–7 days to process.
